Whistleblowing Essentials for Boards

This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to educate Directors on the role and importance of whistleblowing as part of corporate governance and provides directors with an overview of their legal responsibilities in Australia. The course discusses the knowledge and skills Directors will need to identify and effectively handle whistleblowing disclosures within their organisations. It also emphasises the role of the Board in setting the tone from the top, promoting open communication, and creating an environment where concerns can be raised without fear of reprisal.
