Managing Conflicts of Interest
This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to raise awareness about conflicts of interest, educate Directors on their legal and ethical obligations, and provide them with practical guidance on effectively identifying, disclosing, and managing conflicts of interest within their organisations. It emphasises the importance of fostering a culture of ethical governance and encourages Directors to prioritise ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability when dealing with conflicts of interest.
