Kick off Mental Health Awareness Week by melting away stress and fostering connection. Project Sunrise and The Sauna Collective invite you to "Heat & Reset," a special sauna session designed to soothe the mind and warm the soul.

This event is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and connect with others intentionally in a relaxed, judgment-free space. We'll combine the ancient wellness practice of heat therapy with meaningful conversation, offering a unique opportunity to unwind physically and mentally while building community.

Whether you're a sauna enthusiast or a curious first-timer, all are welcome. This is the perfect way to connect – the theme for the first day of MHAW – and start your week with a clear, calm focus. Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

Sauna Collective is supporting this Project Sunrise event, so tickets to this session are FREE.

Project Sunrise is a community created by three friends (Clarissa Hirst, Floriane Caillot and Pete Whittaker) designed to support professionals and business owners navigating burnout and mental health struggles.

We run weekly events around Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, ranging from free walks to mindfulness workshops and gentle exercises, all in a pitch-free, no-expectation environment.
