About this event:

Patrick O'Doherty is currently Chief Digital Officer at Inland Revenue. He will talk to us about some of the factors that were critical to a successful delivery of the $1.7B Business Transformation programme at Inland Revenue. This programme, recognised as one of the most successful in NZ Government, was delivered on time, and under budget, including supporting a range of government Covid response initiatives.

About the Presenter:

Patrick O'Doherty is one of the foremost leaders in the design and implementation of major digital transformations across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Having successfully led the overall design of the highly successful Business Transformation of the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department (IRD), Patrick is recognised as a thought leader when it comes to how to utilise technology to drive digital transformation at an Enterprise scale.
