About the Event:
Since 2021, Lyttelton Port company have been undertaking a programme of infrastructure upgrades in the historic Lyttelton dry dock. Built in 1883 and one of two dry docks in New Zealand, the dry dock remains in constant use. Delivering projects in this unique setting, coordinating around vessel repairs and maintenance, requires careful planning and stakeholder management.
About the Presenter:
Hannah has had a project management career spanning 20+ years in private and public sector across rail, roading, marine, aviation, vertical and horizontal construction as well as digital and operational change. Highlights include London’s 2012 Olympic Games, a road over rail bridge replacement on London’s busy A1, managing Air New Zealand fit-outs across every regional and Pacific Island port (most notably Nelson) and introducing safer systems of work at Lyttelton’s dry dock.
This event is open to both PMI members and non-members - everyone is welcome! This is a free event for PMINZ members and there is a small charge for non-members, but space is limited, so be sure to secure your spot by registering.
