Event description

In this clay workshop you will design a small fairy house, . You will roll out clay then with the use of a  hard form, roll the clay to make a round house, add gorgeous embelishements like owls flowers and leaves.  Skills required: use a rolling pin.  What to bring: Apron, water bottle. Small hand towel. Clay is a very rewarding medium. Create, shape, smooth, colour and fire
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an Adult 
Laney Wing is a potter, teacher and maker who works out of her small, welcoming studio in South Arm. She's been playing with clay for years and still loves getting her hands dirty, whether she's throwing pots, making quirky garden pieces, or creating lanterns that glow.  Laney is all about sharing what she knows, she runs fun, hands on workshops and loves helping people discover the joy of making things.
