Event description

MyTime is for parents and caregivers raising a child with disability, developmental delay or autism.

Feeling overwhelmed trying to keep on top of appointments, therapies, NDIS documentation, school notes, medications and the never-ending to-do list?

Join us for this special MyTime with Tanya Selby, parent, member of the Belongside Community and organiser extraordinaire. Tanya will share her top tips, tricks and real-life hacks to help you stay on top of life. Think simple, practical, strategies to help reduce your mental load.
It's a relaxed space to ask questions, share what works for you and learn from other families.

Guest Speaker: Tanya Selby is a devoted parent to Oliver and a valued member of the  Belongside Families community. Tanya, an organisational whiz and self-confessed lover of colour-coded calendars, has mastered the art of juggling family life and will be joining MyTime to share her tips.

During a MyTime session, there is a guided discussion and a space to connect with other families. These discussions offer an opportunity for parents and caregivers to share and learn from each other. The sessions are held online via Zoom.

By registering for this event you agree you have have read and agreed with the MyTime member consent statement - MyTime Consent Statement

This MyTime Group is facilitated by Kristy, proud parent of Dash, an inquisitive, gentle-hearted, and wonderfully funny 9-year-old.
