We asked our community for your favourite 30-year-old films and Muriel's Wedding was a top contender, so we'll be screening this classic Aussie film on Friday the 19th of April from 6pm here at the Farm on the village green!

Bring a picnic rug and cushions or some camp chairs and set up on the grass in front of the big screen. We'll have popcorn, hot chocolate and mulled wine available for purchase. You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks.

Film starts at 6:30pm.

About the film
Muriel's Wedding is a 1994 Australian comedy-drama film written and directed by P. J. Hogan. The film focuses on the socially awkward Muriel whose ambition is to have a glamorous wedding and improve her personal life by moving from her dead-end hometown, the fictional Porpoise Spit, to Sydney.
