ONLINE: Energise & Unwind: Meditative Movement for Stress Relief & Vitality

4 weekly sessions
Every Saturday, from 28 June to 19 July 2025
3:00–4:00 PM ACST

Feeling stressed or run-down? This 4-week series is your invitation to gently reset your nervous system, recharge your energy, and reconnect with your body, through breath-led, meditative movement inspired by the ancient art of Qigong.

In Energise & Unwind, you'll explore breathwork, flowing movements, and visualisation practices drawn from White Tiger Qigong. This unique approach blends classical Taoist Qigong with modern sports science and fascia research to create a holistic experience.

Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, boost your vitality, or simply move more mindfully, this course offers a practical and powerful path to lasting wellbeing.

Each 60-minute session includes:

  • 🌿 Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and sharpen focus

  • 🌀 Gentle, flowing Qigong-based movement to release tension and improve energy flow

  • ✨ Stillness and visualisation to support inner peace and clarity

What you’ll gain:

  • A more grounded and energised sense of self

  • Practical tools for managing stress and balancing your energy

  • Enhanced sleep, mobility, and immune function

  • A deeper connection between your breath, body, and mind

No experience required. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to breathe and move with intention.
