About Your Instructor

Sarah Divine is Australia’s most highly qualified White Tiger Qigong instructor, blending over 15 years of Qigong experience with a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science. With a background in both the Universal Healing Tao and White Tiger Qigong systems, Sarah is passionate about integrating ancient wisdom with modern science to support healing, vitality, and transformation.

She is a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, Ausactive, and an associate member of ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia).
