Join Senior White Tiger Qigong Instructor Sarah Divine and guest facilitator Purple Lisa for a nourishing day of Qigong, breathwork, Taoist wisdom, and sound healing.

Held in the stillness of winter and aligned with the New Moon, this retreat is your invitation to reset, replenish, and reconnect to the inner flow of life.

You’ll explore:

  • Elemental Qigong Discover the elements within

  • Yin Flow 5 Force Fit  Flow Practice – strength through softness 

  • White Tiger and Primordial Breathwork

This retreat combines ancient Taoist practices with modern movement science to support nervous system regulation, energy flow, movement efficiency and inner clarity. You’ll leave grounded, recharged, and deeply at peace.

No Qigong experience needed — all welcome.

Cost:

$160 – includes tea and snacks (BYO lunch is recommended, although there are shops and cafes nearby)

About Your Instructor: You will be expertly guided by Sarah Divine, Senior White Tiger Qigong Instructor, who also holds a master's degree in sport and exercise science. Sarah has been practising Qigong since 2005 and teaching since 2015. She trained initially with Master Mantak Chia in the Universal Healing Tao Qigong system, and has been studying and training with Master Tevia Feng in White Tiger Qigong since 2016. She is now the most qualified White Tiger Qigong instructor in Australia.

Sarah is a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and Fitness Australia, as well as an associate member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
