About the Presenter:

Dion Collier - WSP - Regional Business Manager

Dion's career in project management is rooted in his hands-on experience as a Qualified Builder, complemented by a diverse range of vocations that have equipped him with practical skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Over the past 13 years, Dion has transitioned into Project Management with WSP, making significant contributions to the Geothermal Energy, Education, Transport, and Local Authority sectors. His expertise spans both vertical and horizontal construction projects, where he has served as both Project Manager and Project Director across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

Currently, Dion holds the position of Regional Business Manager, yet he remains actively involved in project delivery. He is presently overseeing the completion of the Papamoa College Redevelopment and the Rotorua Museum Strengthening Works. Dion takes immense pride in his work on educational projects, recognizing the profound impact these developments have on local communities and the growth of our rangatahi.
