Event description
A 4-day Studio Class. Watercolor and the Figure is designed for students with some experience in working from a live model (but it is not required). In this intensive within 1 week, students will be introduced to techniques to use when working with the model to enhance form and interest. Students will gain knowledge of Watercolor through instructor demos.
Days: June 9 - June 12, 2025
Time: 10pm-3pm
Location: Lower Epperson Bldg., room EA B102.
Instructor: Lynn Richardson is a working artist and an Instructor in the Art Departments of Park University and Metropolitan CC, spanning the last 25 years of her working career. Lynn's first career was as an International Flight Attendant, taking her all over the world. She holds an undergraduate degree in Art from UMKC, Art Certification k-12 from Avila University, and a Masters from Baker University.

Parking: Parking is available in any of the (NON-RESERVED) KCAI parking lot spaces across campus. There is also available street parking surrounding KCAI campus.
Refund: Registered participants can receive refunds to the original payment method (Studio Fee minus Humanitix Fee) up to 14 days before the first class.
