Inclusive Recruitment Workshop

This is another essential workshop for busy leaders running charities and social enterprises in the East of England.

Kicking back off after the summer holiday is a workshop exploring Inclusive Recruitment.

We know that recruitment can be hard and getting the best from our teams even harder. So in the first of two people focussed workshops this September we'll be looking at the reasons for Inclusive Recruitment and how to do it.

As with all Hasler-White Inclusive Facilitation workshops, Rebecca will be using Pinpoint Facilitation to include everyone in the room, to provide an accountable space for peers to feel at ease and share with each other whilst bringing my own two decades of experience in recruiting and managing high-performing teams.
