About this event:
In this session, 'Increase Your Agility Through Flow Metrics', you'll learn how to optimize your team's performance using key flow metrics from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). We’ll explore the importance of metrics in driving continuous improvement, identifying bottlenecks, and aligning team efforts with business goals. The session will cover essential flow metrics such as Flow Distribution, Flow Velocity, Flow Time, Flow Load, Flow Efficiency, and Flow Predictability, helping you measure and optimize the flow of work through your team. We’ll also dive deeper into Flow Load with some advanced metrics to further enhance visibility and decision-making. By the end of the session, you'll gain actionable insights on how to use these metrics to enhance agility, improve efficiency, deliver value faster to your customers, and avoid common pitfalls in metric usage.
