The Manga Underground with Atsushi Kaneko, Aude Yukiko and moderated by Campbell Whyte

It’s time to stray from the beaten path with Atsushi Kaneko as he leads us on a journey away from the shiny bubblegum stories of mainstream manga to the punk, political underground of the alternative manga scene. Kaneko Sensei’s work has always sought to challenge the status quo, in the stories he tells and the visual inspiration he works from.

Featuring: Atsushi Kaneko, Aude Yukiko and moderated by Campbell Whyte


This event is part of the annual Perth Comic Arts Festival, a completely free to attend, volunteer run celebration of comics, their creators and readers.
