Adults Workshop: Raiz Wahi : Movement, Therapy and Creativity for Adults

Experience 'Raiz Wahi,' a rejuvenating workshop that combines movement therapy, creativity, and yoga, all in Spanish. This session for adults promotes physical and emotional well-being, creativity, and relaxation through expressive movement and artistic activities. Participants will explore and express their emotions, promoting mental and physical balance, ideal for those seeking a holistic approach to mental and physical health.

Tutor Stefania Luz Bratin is a psychomotor therapist, dance therapist, and writer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to live in various places with her family, which has enriched her perspective and inspired her creative work.

Stefania is passionate about exploring the connections between movement, therapy, and storytelling, and is dedicated to sharing her experiences and insights with others. Through her work, Stefania’s aim is to promote holistic well-being and personal growth in individuals and communities.

All materials supplied in class

Running Saturday 12th October 5-6pm at the Ōtorohanga Museum, 15 Kakamutu Street, Ōtorohanga.

This workshop is subsidized thanks to funding from the Creative Communities Scheme, so you only pay $30 per person (with a booking fee of $1.20) instead of $42.
