This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide managers with an overview of the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to prepare and present high-quality reports to the Board of Directors. It emphasises the importance of effective reporting to enable effective decision making at the Board level. The course also highlights the role of management in fostering a positive working relationship with the board and incorporating their feedback into the reporting process.
