Shito - Ryu Northern Beaches Karate | Tuesday 30th April
Come along for a FREE come and try session with Shito - Ryu Karate at Northern Beaches Community Hall on Tuesday 30th April. Welcoming people from 5 years old and up for a karate session which fosters self confidence, respect, life skills, physical fitness and practical self defense. We have male and female instructors guiding our classes and have a diverse community of people of all ages and backgrounds - everyone is welcome! Come and give karate a go and see what you're capable of. This is a wonderful intergenerational community and something the whole family can do together. No previous karate experience necessary.
Time: 5:00 - 6:00pm
Location: Northern Beaches Community Hall, 24 Wallace Street, Bucasia
