Outdoor Fitness Session @ Blacks Beach Stairs with Double M Fitness | Wednesday 1st May

Step up to the challenge with stair drills & body weighted movements at Blacks Beach with Megan from Double M Fitness.

Expect a combination of stair climbing, interval training, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises carefully crafted to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular health. From power bursts to endurance challenges, each session is thoughtfully structured to keep you motivated and striving for progress.

Not only will you conquer physical barriers, but you'll also experience mental empowerment as you push through each step, gaining confidence and resilience with every ascent.

Cost: FREE! Thanks to Northern Beaches Community Week, Mackay Regional Council's Active My Place Grant and Greater Whitsunday Communities.
