FREE On the Run Session - Monday 29th April

On the Run Session with Marty | Monday 29th April 

Join us for an 'On the Run' session with Marty at Eimeo Esplanade. We run, jog (and walk when we need to) as we adventure through the Eimeo area. All levels of fitness and beginner 'runners' welcome - we all need to start somewhere...let it be this day that your love for running takes off. 

Cost: FREE! Thanks to Northern Beaches Community Week, Mackay Regional Council Activate My Place Funding and Greater Whitsunday Communities.

Location: Eimeo Esplanade

Please bring:

• some water
• a light (it is dark at that time of the morning)
•  a towel (you will work up a sweat)
• a smile (you will leave with one if you forget to bring yours with you)
• a friend (optional – you will make plenty of friends when you turn up)
