Governance for Management

This ‘Lunch and Learn’ online short course aims to provide managers with a clear understanding of the fundamental principles of governance. It discusses the purpose of governance, the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders, and the importance of ethical decision-making and accountability. It aims to support managers as they contribute to effective governance practices, promote ethical behaviour, ensure compliance, and drive sustainable organisational performance across their organisation.
